A: As indicated in our application procedure, we ask you to provide a detailed CV, two reference letters, a Statement of Purpose (in English) not exceeding 300 words, along with other necessary documents. On the basis of this background information we will make a first round selection for a thorough interview. The final evaluation will be based on all available information, including the interview.

A: No. There is a term project requirement.
A: A knowledge of calculus at the intermediate level is highly recommended. There will be a refresher course in mathematics betwen March 2 - June 9, 2020. There will be a waiver exam for the course on TBA, and those who are not successful in the waiver exam will be asked to take the refresher course (there is no extra fee for this course).
A: Although our program is mainly designed for those who currently work (“executives”), and therefore most applicants will naturally have work experience, we welcome new graduates as well.
A: The class size shall be 40.
A: Tuition for the 2020-2021 academic year is 53.460,00 TL, paid in three installments : 21,060.00 TL in October, 21,060.00 TL in January, and 11,340.00 TL in June.
A: Scholarships are granted in the form of a partial tuition waiver to a few outstanding candidates. Scholarship recipients are expected to excell in the program. All applicants are considered for scholarship automatically.
There is a discount for registered students from the same company: two applicants registered to the program from the same company would be entitled to 10% discount each; three applicants registered to the program from the same company would be entitled to 15% discount each; and four applicants and above would be entitled to 20% discount each. These discounts would strictly be limited to three-semesters. Firms operating under the same corporate structure are considered to be a single entity as long as they are in the same sector (for example, if a company has direct ownership of different firms operating in banking, insurance and leasing, these are considered as one company).
A: Master of Arts (MA) in Economics and Finance.
A: Unlike mathematical or computational finance master programs, we teach both economics and finance. Complemented with a set of well-chosen case studies, the program gives students a solid foundation in the principles of corporate finance, portfolio selection theory, risk analysis, microeconomics and open-macro economics. Quantitative techniques, like financial econometrics, are explored both at theoretical and at applied levels. Our philosophy is to cover the intersection and the interaction between fields of economics and finance.
